Introduction
I am interested in Ken Wilber's work because of the whole picture outlook on spirituality. I am a mother, grandmother, and teacher. I enjoy expanding my perspectives and dropping those that do not serve me well at this time in my life.

I had a difficult following along but I think part of my problem is that I do not know enough about the basics. I have not studied enough and so I can be in a position that some things go over my head. I really learn a great deal hearing everyone talk and after I hear the talk I get a great deal from my rereading, but I truly feel like a novice.

"Sorry I can not be there, but I am helping with a slumber party for my grand daughter. I have been able to keep up 3 practices of yoga, meditation and spiritual reading, but I just can't get going on the other two goals. T."
