The next Integral Salon will take place Friday September 11th 2009 at the Manchester Institute as per usual...7.30 until 10pm.....do leave messages on the board to suggest topics.

I am currently interested in developing integral awareness in a personal/interpersonal setting and favour Suzanne Cook-Greuter's perspectival work melded with ROPE weaving and climbing and would like to bring this into the mix.

Let me know your thinking on this and other items for the agenda. Please use tthe message board.

Hi folks.

I seem to be perpetually apologising for my tardiness regarding meetup scheduling! Much of this concerns the logistics of room availability.

Anyhow, to circumnavigate this problem, I've booked the next three meetings in advance and will continue to scroll ensuing meets forwards each time we meet so that you can factor them into your busy busy schedules.

They are; 5th June, 3rd July and 11th September. All at the Institute and all at 7;30.

Guy from the London group has a message concerning a 10 week ILP startup course.

Please start to post up suggestions for our next meeting. Me, Id like to intersperse discussion/presentation with something practical and suggest physical activity to accompany our initial meditation session. Yoga, tai chi or strength training sounds good to me and I'd be willing to facilitate unless any of you other talented folk out there wanna make the contribution.
