Our agendas usually follow this general format:
(5 min) Welcome! (members arrive and mingle)
(5 min) Practicing Presence: a Grounding-Centering-Meditation-type ?activity?
(5 min) Brief Check-in & Introductions for new people
(90 min) Topic (mixture of content and discussion)
(10 min) Scheduling and other group ?housekeeping? items
(5 min) Closing: gather our things and bid farewell
We don't currently have a meeting fee, however as the group continues to form we may implement a small fee. Existing group members contributed money to sign the group up for this Meet-up service.
