NY INTEGRAL COMMUNITY IS PLEASED TO PRESENT AN AFTERNOON WITH DIANE MUSHO HAMILTON SENSEI

Introduction:

Diane Musho Hamilton Sensei is a lead trainer at Ken Wilber's Integral Institute, a Zen priest and teacher, dharma successor of Genpo Roshi, and his first successor in the Big Mind lineage.

Synopsis of Event:

Diane Sensei will offer an experiential afternoon of dialogue, inquiry and exploration into issues crucial to individuals working for personal and collective transformation.

~ How can we integrate unconditional love and compassion with intelligent discernment?

~ How can communities of practice best support individual members in transformational growth?

~ How can we generate a field with the best balance between the safety necessary for opening up and the challenge or risk taking necessary for truly transformative change?

~ What is a dark night of the soul and how does it relate to developmental growth?

Diane Sensei will offer a Q & A during which you can bring up personal and/ or theoretical issues. Diane embodies a truly Integral capacity to respond in the moment to deep or complex questions with grace, wisdom and compassion.

Check out Diane in a short video clip http://www.youtube.co...
Diane will also lead a Big Mind Process especially tailored to issues facing the Integral and Interfaith communities today. Big Mind is an exciting group dialogue practice that evokes and explores the personal as well as transpersonal “voices” within each one of us.

Not only can the Big Mind practice generate an experience of harmony in diversity, but it can also offer each one of us a rare opportunity to discover and relate to the shadowy as well as transcendent parts of ourselves in the context of compassionate curiosity and an unconditionally supportive field.
